 Katherine and Alan have performed together as ARKangel since 1996. They have a challenging and sophisticated repertoire encompassing Jazz, Baroque, Classical and Contemporary music. “An up and coming star of the folk scene” Simon Jackson is an acoustic guitar virtuoso, singer, tunesmith, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist working in the English folk tradition. Expect sensitive arrangements of some of folk’s best songs, his own songs and instrumentals and some relaxed and silly banter.

His latest album "Sailing the Ice" has been getting some really great reviews too, with Fatea.com including "Stainless and Cold Pressed Steel" on their showcase sessions compilation "Aces" due out Feb 2009.
